Produktbeschreibung

Dieses Rohr deckt für mehrere Mechanikschläuche mit Kohlenstoff- und Legierungsstahl aus, entweder heißfertigte oder kaltfeindliche. Der im mechanischen Schlauch verwendete Stahl kann in Barfenboten gegossen werden oder Stranggegossen sein. Wenn Stahl unterschiedlicher Noten nacheinander Strangguss ist, ist die Identifizierung des resultierenden Übergangsmaterials erforderlich. Der nahtlose Schlauch ist ein Rohrprodukt ohne geschweißte Naht. Es wird normalerweise von heißem Arbeitsstahl hergestellt und gegebenenfalls durch Erkältung des heißen Röhrenprodukts, um die gewünschte Form, Abmessungen und Eigenschaften zu erzeugen.

Die Röhrchen müssen in den folgenden Formen geliefert werden: runde, quadratische, rechteckige und spezielle Abschnitte. Die Wärmeanalyse muss durchgeführt werden, um die Prozentsätze der angegebenen Elemente zu bestimmen. Wenn sekundäre Schmelzprozesse verwendet werden, muss die Wärmeanalyse von einem Remeldreme oder dem Produkt eines Remeldrettots jeder Primärschmelze erhalten werden. Der Schlauch muss mit einem Ölfilm überzogen werden
